Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 32 years

Minimum 2-3 years of professional full-stack development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.

Must be able to independently develop, debug, test and deploy production-level web applications.

Must have practical experience with Git/GitHub, Linux/VPS, Nginx, PM2, SSL, environment configuration and production deployment.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, database handling and application security.

Must be capable of identifying root causes of production issues and providing permanent fixes rather than temporary patches.

Experience maintaining existing live applications and handling production support is required.

Experience with payment gateways, SMS/email, courier APIs and other third-party integrations will be an advantage.

Candidates should provide GitHub profile and/or live project links showing real production work and clearly mention their contribution.

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical technical assessment involving debugging, feature implementation and architecture discussion.

This is not an internship or beginner-level position.

Responsibilities & Context:

A2 IT is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can independently develop, maintain, debug, test and deploy production-level web applications. The candidate will work on e-commerce platforms, business websites, internal management systems and custom client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Develop, maintain and improve REST APIs, backend services and database architecture.
• Work with MongoDB and other databases as required.
• Maintain and improve existing production applications and identify the root cause of recurring technical issues instead of applying temporary fixes.
• Develop reusable modules and architecture that can be customized safely for multiple client projects.
• Handle frontend development, responsive design and API integration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, user roles and secure data handling.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS, email, courier APIs, social login and other external APIs.
• Deploy and maintain applications on VPS/Linux servers using Nginx, PM2, environment configuration, SSL and domain/DNS settings.
• Troubleshoot production issues using application/server logs and provide permanent solutions.
• Use Git/GitHub properly for version control, branching, code review and rollback.
• Perform proper testing before deployment and ensure that new changes do not break existing functionality.
• Maintain backups and support safe database/application recovery procedures.
• Review existing codebases and improve code quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Work with other developers and provide technical guidance/code review when required.
• Estimate development time realistically and communicate technical risks before committing to deadlines.
• Support multiple ongoing client projects while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
• Document important technical changes, deployment procedures and recurring issue resolutions.
