Job Context

StaffedSpaces provides European and international companies with their own AI-trained team in a real, fully equipped office in Narail. Every team member uses AI tools as a core part of their daily work.

We are hiring people who can either build AI automations or turn data into clear reports. You can apply for one of two tracks:

• Track A, AI Automation: build AI chatbots, automations and small web tools for our clients.

• Track B, Data & Reporting: collect and clean client data and build reports and dashboards, using AI to work faster.

Strong skills in one track are enough. Skills in both are a bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Track A, AI Automation:

• Build automations that connect business tools (CRM, e-mail, web forms, spreadsheets)

• Set up AI chatbots and assistants using Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools

• Build small web tools and integrations for clients

• Find repetitive manual work and turn it into automated workflows

• Test, fix and document everything you build

Track B, Data & Reporting:

• Collect, clean and organise client data

• Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or Looker Studio

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients

• Use AI tools to analyse data and summarise results

• Check data for errors and keep it accurate

Both tracks:

• Communicate clearly in English with clients and the team

• Learn new tools quickly as projects change

Educational Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics or similar is a plus, but not required. A strong portfolio, GitHub or practical experience counts just as much.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply if their English is strong

• Experience in automation, software development or data analysis is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Good spoken and written English (most important)

• Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar) in daily work

• Track A: Python or JavaScript basics; n8n, Make or Zapier; experience with AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI)

• Track B: advanced Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI or Looker Studio; basic SQL

• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving

• Willing to work from our office in Narail

• Willing to spend about one week in the Narail office to earn a free certification for the role
