Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering

Diploma/B.Sc. in CSE, EEE, IT, Telecommunications, ICT or a related discipline

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Hands-on knowledge of optical fiber, networking and ISP operations

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure

• Good Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Good knowledge in Google Earth(KMZ files)

• Manage and oversee day-to-day ISP network operations, ensuring high network availability and service reliability

• Supervise NOC, technical support and field operation teams and ensure efficient task execution

• Monitor and troubleshoot Core, Distribution and Access network infrastructure, including Router, Switch, OLT, ONU and Fiber Optic network

• Manage ISP services including PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS and related network services

• Monitor bandwidth utilization, network performance and capacity requirements and take necessary optimization measures

• Coordinate with IIG, IP Transit, NTTN, upstream providers, vendors and other network partners

• Plan and supervise fiber network expansion, maintenance, restoration and major outage management

• Ensure timely resolution of customer, distributor and corporate client technical issues while maintaining SLA

• Maintain proper network documentation, configuration backup, inventory and operational reports

• Lead network upgrade, expansion and improvement projects and provide technical recommendations to management

• Manage team performance, manpower planning, technical training and ensure compliance with network standards and company policies
