Responsibilities & Context:
Research & Discovery: Conduct user research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs across web, mobile, and IoT touchpoints.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, user journeys, information architecture, and interactive prototypes for digital platforms (E-commerce, Smart Home IoT, Mobile Apps).
Visual & Interaction Design: Craft visual interfaces following WCAG accessibility guidelines, maintaining consistency with Walton’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Design System Development: Maintain and expand existing design systems, component libraries, and style guides to streamline cross-platform user experience.
Collaboration & Handoff: Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Front-End Developers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate implementation of UI components.
Testing & Iteration: Plan and execute usability testing, gather actionable insights, and continuously iterate products based on analytics and real user feedback.
