Job Responsibilities

·         Develop, maintain, customize, and manage the company's CRM software and web-based applications.

·         Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript-based websites and web applications.

·         Develop, maintain, and update mobile applications (Android/iOS) as required.

·         Develop new features, modules, pages, dashboards, and functionalities according to business requirements.

·         Maintain and improve existing web and mobile applications and resolve bugs and technical issues.

·         Integrate web and mobile applications with CRM, databases, REST APIs, payment systems, and third-party services.

·         Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, dashboards, reports, and account-based access.

·         Manage and maintain databases, data accuracy, data security, backup, and recovery.

·         Monitor website, CRM, web applications, mobile applications, server, and system performance.

·         Provide IT support and troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, internet, printer, and system-related issues.

·         Manage basic server, hosting, domain, SSL, business email, and network-related requirements.

·         Install, configure, update, and maintain software, applications, and IT equipment.

·         Maintain source code using Git/GitHub/GitLab and follow proper version-control practices.

·         Coordinate with external developers, software vendors, and service providers when required.

·         Ensure proper IT security, user access control, system reliability, and performance.

·         Maintain technical documentation and perform other IT and development-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

·         Candidates with strong practical experience and relevant technical skills may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

·         1–3 years of experience in IT, Software Development, Web Development, CRM/ERP, or a related field.

·         Freshers with strong technical skills and practical project experience may also apply.

Additional Requirements

·         Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·         Knowledge of PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Python, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar technologies.

·         Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar databases.

·         Practical knowledge of CRM/ERP software and web applications.

·         Knowledge of Android/iOS or cross-platform mobile application development will be an advantage.

·         Knowledge of REST API and third-party API integration.

·         Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab.

·         Basic knowledge of Linux, hosting, domain, SSL, and server management.

·         Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting.

·         Understanding of web/mobile application and database security.

·         Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·         Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

·         Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
