Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description: Network Engineer/Support Engineer Level 01
We are seeking a Support Engineer Level 01 to support daily network operations, monitor system performance and provide first-level technical assistance to resellers and customers. The role involves configuring and maintaining network devices, resolving basic connectivity issues and escalating complex problems to the L2 technical team to ensure reliable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network and system performance to identify connectivity issues and service disruptions.
Install, configure and maintain WiFi routers, ONUs/OLTs, switches and MikroTik devices.
Provide remote technical support to resellers and customers.
Troubleshoot basic routing, switching, VLAN, PPPoE and connectivity issues.
Assist with PPPoE/RADIUS configuration, user authentication and bandwidth control.
Support routine monitoring and maintenance of core and access networks.
Escalate complex or recurring issues to the L2 technical team with relevant troubleshooting details.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Assist with field visits for installation, maintenance and emergency troubleshooting when required.
