Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, EEE, Software Engineering or a related field

• Master's degree or MBA preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum Master or a similar certification is an advantage

• 3 to 5 years

• Age At least 20 years

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager at an IT or software company

• Must have held a Project Manager role before (coordinator, assistant or team member experience will not be considered)

• Must have managed software, web or digital projects end to end, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, client handling and delivery

• Experience with EdTech, e-learning or training projects is an advantage

• Strong understanding of SDLC, web technologies, cloud services and AI

• Skilled with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp or MS Project

• Able to explain technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical people

• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, client handling and presentation skills in Bangla and English

• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our software, digital and training projects. The right candidate has worked as a Project Manager at an IT company, understands software development well, and can lead teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, run and deliver software, web, design, animation, cloud hosting and training projects from start to finish

• Gather client requirements, set project scope, and prepare plans, timelines, budgets and resource plans

• Lead developers, designers, animators, content creators, trainers and QA teams

• Manage projects using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, including sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews

• Serve as the main client contact: share progress updates, manage expectations and handle change requests

• Ensure delivery quality through proper testing, reviews and documentation

• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and resolve them

• Plan and monitor training programs, course launches and batch schedules, and help design new AI and digital skills courses

• Support business development with proposals, cost estimates, presentations and client pitches

• Track project KPIs, profitability, enrollments and learner satisfaction, and report regularly to management

• Build and improve project management processes, tools and standards

• Complete any other tasks assigned by the management team
