Responsibilities & Context: Department: IT Infrastructure Duration: 3 Months (Fixed) Monthly Allowance: BDT 10,000 (Fixed) Job Location: Dhaka About the Role: The EdTech IT Support Intern ensures that NTI’s digital and physical learning environments run seamlessly. You will be the first line of technical assistance for both our internal team and our student community. Key Responsibilities: Provide routine technical support for computer labs, presentation equipment, and office hardware. Assist in maintaining internal networks, software installations, and system updates. Help manage and maintain student databases and operational software. Respond to basic IT helpdesk tickets generated by staff or students.
