Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate daily outbound deliveries and shipment activities.
Ensure accurate dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
Process delivery documents, challans, invoices, and related logistics records.
Execute inventory and delivery transactions through ERP/SAP systems.
Plan transportation routes and coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries.
Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Handle product returns, damage claims, and delivery discrepancies.
Maintain logistics reports, delivery records, and vehicle documentation.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
