Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Conduct thorough quality checks on all incoming raw materials and packaging components against established specifications.

2.      Perform daily batch raw material checks to ensure the correct RM quality, batch No. and quantity are staged before production begins.

3.      Monitor the shelf life and storage conditions of raw materials regularly; provide detailed quality updates and risk assessments to the Line Manager.

4.      Evaluate the quality of Finished Goods (FG) for every batch; manage the archiving and organized storage of retention samples for future reference or audit.

5.      Draft, implement, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various testing methods to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.

6.      Monitor and test water quality from the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to ensure environmental and operational compliance.

7.      Execute internal calibration schedules for all laboratory and production measuring equipment.

8.      Coordinate with certified third-party agencies for annual or specialized external calibrations to maintain instrument traceability.

Maintain "Batch Manufacturing Records" (BMR) to ensure full traceability from raw material to the final customer.

Additional  Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment. Freshers encourage to apply

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office for reporting, and familiarity with ISO or local regulatory standards.
