Education:

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree।

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) বা relevant Medical Laboratory qualification থাকলে preference দেওয়া হবে।

• Age At least 22 years

• Good communication, interpersonal & patient handling skills থাকতে হবে।

• Blood Collection / Phlebotomy সম্পর্কে practical knowledge থাকতে হবে।

• Sample labeling, handling ও transportation সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

• Responsible, punctual, accurate ও well-mannered হতে হবে।

• Basic Computer Knowledge থাকলে advantage।

• Home Sample Collection-এর জন্য বিভিন্ন location-এ travel করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

• প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Rotational Shift-এ কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:

York Hospital Ltd.-এর Laboratory Department-এর জন্য Smart, Responsible, Patient-friendly & Service-oriented Phlebotomist নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের Hospital-এর পাশাপাশি Home Sample Collection Service-এর মাধ্যমে Patient-এর বাসায় গিয়ে laboratory samples সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

Job Responsibilities

• Patient-এর কাছ থেকে Blood, Urine, Stool, Swab ও অন্যান্য laboratory samples যথাযথ নিয়মে collect করা।

• Hospital ও Home Sample Collection উভয় service পরিচালনা করা।

• Sample collection-এর আগে Patient Identification ও Test Requisition verify করা।

• Collected samples সঠিকভাবে label, record, preserve এবং laboratory-তে timely transfer করা।

• Patient-কে প্রয়োজনীয় sample preparation ও collection instructions দেওয়া।

• Sample collection-এর সময় infection control, hygiene, safety ও biosafety protocols follow করা।

• Home visit-এর সময় patient privacy, confidentiality ও professional behaviour বজায় রাখা।

• নির্ধারিত schedule অনুযায়ী সময়মতো patient-এর location-এ পৌঁছানো।

• Sample mismatch, rejection বা অন্য কোনো সমস্যা হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে report করা।

• Laboratory, Nursing, Front Desk ও অন্যান্য concerned departments-এর সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় coordination করা।

• Hospital-এর SOP, rules & regulations অনুসরণ করা এবং management-এর assigned duties সম্পন্ন করা।
