• Have to competent for new born baby’s blood collection.

• Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening/night).

Job Context

JSK Group, a trusted healthcare organization operating GCC Medical Checkup Centers, a modern Hospital, and Sara Hospital & Diagnostic facilities across Bangladesh, is looking for skilled and professional Phlebotomists. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurate and hygienic blood sample collection, ensuring patient safety and maintaining high-quality laboratory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients for diagnostic and GCC medical check-up purposes following standard protocols.

• Identify patients correctly and label specimens accurately to avoid errors.

• Handle and store collected samples properly for laboratory analysis.

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards during and after phlebotomy procedures.

• Assist in collecting other biological samples (urine, stool, sputum, etc.) when required.

• Prepare collection kits, manage stock of needles, syringes, and tubes.

• Ensure patient comfort, particularly when dealing with children, elderly, or anxious individuals.

• Support the laboratory technologist and medical officers in daily operations.

• Maintain records of sample collections and coordinate with reception and lab teams.

• Follow all safety procedures and hospital policies strictly.

• As per company policy.
