Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct laboratory testing for development samples and bulk production materials.

• Conduct test for final product like Printed label, Heat transfer, Hangtag, Sticker, Box, RFID, Leather patch, Pock tag

• Conduct RSL test for different types of buyer like Puma, H&M, Tesco, Primark, C&A, Levi’s, Regatta K-mart

• Daily prepare and preserve all kinds of test report according to standard and buyer requirements

• Prepare accurate testing reports, evaluate results, and submit findings to the relevant departments.

• Maintain laboratory testing records, trackers, and documentation.

• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and documentation of laboratory equipment.

• Investigate failed test results through root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for testing requirements and correspondence.

• Analyze third-party test reports to ensure compliance with buyer and brand standards.

• Train, supervise, and monitor laboratory technicians to maintain testing quality.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales departments.

• Assist the Lab Manager in daily operations and special assignments.

• Give declaration of RSL compliance of different types of buyer by testing or analyzing their certificate

• Take necessary action for different types of certificate renew like Oekotex

• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and laboratory procedures.
