• Age 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Garments Accessories or a related industry.

• Good knowledge of the Bangladesh garments and textile market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Good leadership and team management ability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willing to travel as required.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Should have good knowledge and experience in Garments Accessories.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company sales and revenue targets.

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor their performance.

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve their targets.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and business development.

• Provide regular training and product knowledge to the sales team.

• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.

• Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and secure orders.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding samples, orders, delivery, and other requirements.

• Organize and coordinate all sales activities.

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and sales forecasts to management.

• Monitor sales progress and take necessary actions to achieve targets.

• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to develop new customers and maximize market coverage.

• Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
