Bachelor’s/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, IPE, Electrical Engineering or related field.3–5 years of relevant QC experience in the Automotive/Automobile/Manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, RCA, CAPA & Kaizen.Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in EV/Automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Quality Inspection & Monitoring

Conduct Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspection of automotive parts, components, assemblies, and finished vehicles.

Inspect product quality according to approved drawings, specifications, standards, and work instructions.

Monitor production processes and identify defects, deviations, and quality risks.

Ensure proper inspection at critical production stages.

Defect Analysis & Problem Solving

Identify, record, and report quality defects and non-conformities.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and major quality problems.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to implement effective corrective actions.

Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) until successful completion.

Reduce rejection, rework, defects, and production-related quality losses.

Quality Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC inspection and quality reports.

Maintain inspection records, checklists, defect reports, and quality-related documents.

Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspected materials and products.

Report major quality issues to management immediately.

Production & Process Quality

Work closely with production teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Monitor quality in Assembly, Welding, Paint, Battery/EV, and other production areas.

Verify that operators follow approved quality procedures and work instructions.

Support the implementation of quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement activities.

Identify opportunities to improve production quality and process efficiency.

Support the development and improvement of QC inspection procedures and standards.

Assist in training production employees on quality requirements and inspection procedures.

Inspection Tools & Standards

Properly use measuring and inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Torque Tools, Gauges, and other QC instruments.

Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Support internal quality audits and compliance with company quality standards.
