Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

• Professional certification (CA CC, CMA, ACCA part-qualified) is an advantage

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS/IAS basics
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Good understanding of VAT, TAX, and Bangladesh financial regulations
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries for decision-making

Cost & Manufacturing Accounts

• Assist in monitoring production cost, overhead, and factory expenses
• Support costing of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
• Analyze cost variances and report to management
• Coordinate with production and store departments for inventory accuracy

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation
• Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections
• Maintain aging reports for payables and receivables

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor actual vs budget performance and report variances

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh VAT, TAX, and company policies
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial records

Cash & Bank Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and bank transactions
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements
• Support cash planning and fund requirement analysis
