• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in EV and ICE commercial vehicles aftersales market.

• Strong knowledge of EV technology and VMS (Vehicle Management System) will be highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and team-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced after sales team.

• Lead and manage technical service and after-sales service operations for EVs and ICE commercial trucks.

• Identify TCO of each electric and ICE truck model.

• Trial of each model (IMT).

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicles, electrical systems, batteries, motors, controllers, charging station and other major components.

• Support the development of service centers' technical infrastructure, tools and equipment.

• Monitor vehicle performance, warranty issues, service quality, and customer complaints.

• Provide technical guidance and training to service engineers, technicians, and relevant teams.

• Stay updated on EV technologies, ICE commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and industry developments.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements and applicable automotive regulations.
