Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2 -4 years preferred
Educational : B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Or Diploma Engineer
Location: Farmgate, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Business Development
* Visit clients and project sites to understand requirements.
* Conduct site assessments, measurements, and inspections.
* Identify project scope, technical requirements, and client expectations.
* Present project solutions, estimated costs, and timelines to clients.
* Follow up with prospective clients and support lead conversion.
Estimation & Quotation:
* Prepare project scope of work, BOQ, quantity estimates, costing, and quotations.
* Review material, labor, subcontractor, and other project costs.
* Coordinate with management to ensure accurate and commercially viable quotations.
Design & Technical Work:
* Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software.
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation according to project requirements.
Project & Site Management:
* Supervise ongoing repair, renovation, interior, and construction projects.
* Coordinate contractors, workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor project quality, scope, budget, materials, manpower, and timelines.
* Identify site-level issues and take appropriate corrective action.
* Maintain progress reports, measurements, documentation, and project records.
Financial & Operational Management:
* Monitor project expenses, material usage, and labor costs.
* Assist in maintaining projects within approved budgets.
* Coordinate with the CEO and Head of Operations for efficient project delivery.
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
* Provide regular updates on project progress, financial status, challenges, and requirements.
Experience
* 2–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
* Experience in Repair, Renovation & Interior projects will be highly preferred.
* Experience in construction/project coordination, estimation, site supervision, or client-facing technical roles will be an advantage.
