MOHS Group is looking for an experienced, creative, and dynamic Principal Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and project coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing design development, managing the architectural team, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise architectural design and development projects.

* Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, and rendering presentations.

* Supervise architectural design, interior design, and project execution activities.

* Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering teams.

* Review design drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

* Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and deadlines.

* Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the architectural design team.

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

* Master’s degree in Architecture will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

* Relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management.

* Experience in leading architectural projects and managing a design team.

* Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate development projects will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD.

* Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or D5 Render.

* Strong skills in architectural visualization and presentation.

* Knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and project coordination.
