• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Fire Fighting and Safety
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 50 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).

• Knowledge of façade, fire Fighting design, and construction detailing will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Skills & Expertise

• Architecture, AutoCAD 2D 3D, MS Office, SketchUp.

Other Relevant Skills

• AutoCAD 2D 3D, Architectural Design.

• Prepare detailed architectural, façade, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop construction drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client requirements.

• Maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control procedures.

• Assist in quantity take-off and material estimation from approved drawings when required.

• Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations.

• Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.

• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and incorporate field information into drawings.

• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and maintain project deadlines.

• Collaborate with the project execution team to resolve drawing-related issues during construction and fabrication stages.
