EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

 Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized university.

 Membership/registration with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 35 to 40 years

EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.

 Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotel, hospitality or high-rise projects.

 Experience with international hotel brands/operators and construction-stage coordination will be an added advantage.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

 Applicants must submit a portfolio containing samples of relevant professional work.

 Preference will be given to portfolios demonstrating: Residential/ Commercial Building Design, Multi-Storied Building Projects, Exterior Elevation/ Facade Design, 3D Visualization Working, Drawings Completed or Under-Construction Projects

JOIN THE TEAM BEHIND A LANDMARK HOTEL & MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

ABOUT THE PROJECT Al Safa Tower Limited is developing Safa Tower Hotel & Business Center, a landmark mixed-use development in Uttara, Dhaka.

The project is planned as a premium hotel, retail and business destination with a proposed renowned international hotel franchise component.

The project requires close coordination among the owner, lead architects, hotel operator, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities. We are looking for a creative, technically sound, and experienced Architect to join our project team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead and coordinate architectural activities from design development through construction.

 Act as the owner's internal architectural representative and coordinate with the Project Management team.

 Coordinate with the lead architect, hotel operator, consultants, contractors and specialist consultants.

 Review architectural drawings, layouts, details, specifications, shop drawings and material submissions.

 Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, fire safety, vertical transportation and other disciplines.

 Monitor architectural works at site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.

 Identify design conflicts and coordinate timely resolution with relevant consultants.

 Coordinate revisions and maintain proper control of architectural drawings and project documents.

 Assist in ensuring compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, Fire Service, Civil Aviation Authority and other applicable requirements.

 Participate in design review, consultant, coordination and site meetings and prepare technical observations/reports.

 Review contractor and consultant proposals and assist management with technical recommendations and value engineering.

 Coordinate architectural, interior and specialist design interfaces and monitor quality of architectural finishes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :-

 Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, construction methods and specifications.

 Strong knowledge of finishing materials and interior design  Excellent consultant, contractor and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

 Practical knowledge of RAJUK regulations, BNBC, FAR and relevant statutory requirements.

 Strong problem-solving, communication, reporting and decision-making abilities.

 Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
