• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.

• Professional certification or registration with relevant architectural authorities will be considered an advantage.

EXPERIENCE :

• 0–5 years of relevant experience (adjust as required).

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.

• Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered according to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.

Location: House No – 46 (Chaya Bithi), Road – 29, Gulshan-1, Dhaka – 1212.

Department: Design & Interior

Reports To: Head of Architecture / Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design solutions based on client requirements and project objectives.

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documents.

• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard design software.

• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve design and construction-related issues efficiently.

• Assist in material selection, detailing, finishing specifications, and quality control activities.

• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, project presentations, and coordination sessions.

• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management activities.

• Prepare documentation required for authority approvals, permits, and regulatory submissions.

• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, reports, revisions, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide guidance to junior architects, designers, and draftsmen.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.

• Salary: 15000- 20000 (Negotiable)
