Experience:
B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from reputed public or private university.
Training in PLC/automation or GMP will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in the maintenance of pharmaceutical process machinery.
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, sensors, PLC panels, VFDs, and control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently and lead a maintenance team.
Good understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP/ALCOA+), including logbooks, SOPs, deviations, and change control.
Working knowledge of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and EHS/LOTO safety practices.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications.
Experience in a similar position will be considered an added advantage.

One Pharma Limited is looking for some experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive, Engineering department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, perform, and supervise Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) of pharmaceutical process machinery and engineering equipment to ensure reliable, cGMP-compliant operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, VFD, instrumentation, and control-system faults promptly to minimize machine downtime and production loss.
Maintain process equipment, including Tablet Compression Machine, Granulation Machine, Encapsulation Machine, Tablet Coating Machine, Blister Packing Machine, PFS Machine, Liquid Filling Machine, and other production machinery.
Prepare, implement, and track Preventive Maintenance schedules, checklists, maintenance plans, and work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring equipment failures using tools such as 5-Why and Fishbone (Ishikawa) analysis, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Supervise, guide, and train technicians during maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and machine modification activities; allocate daily jobs and monitor work quality.
Maintain engineering documentation, including equipment logbooks, PM and breakdown records, SOPs, checklists, and machine drawings, in compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP/ALCOA+).
Support installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, modification, and improvement of machinery and equipment, where applicable.
Initiate and support change control, deviation, and CAPA records related to engineering activities in line with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Validation, and other departments to plan maintenance and ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor equipment performance, recurring breakdowns, and spare-parts requirements; ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with cGMP, approved SOPs, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, LOTO/permit-to-work procedures, and company policies, and support regulatory (DGDA) and internal audits.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers and service providers for technical support, troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning when required.
Perform any other engineering and maintenance-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
