Responsibilities & Context:
MOHS Group is looking for experienced, dynamic, and target-oriented professionals to join our Land Sales Team.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of practical experience in Real Estate/Land Sales, preferably with proven experience in selling land projects and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
* Sell and promote company land projects to prospective customers.
* Develop new customers and generate qualified sales leads.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and project/site visits.
* Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and other facilities to potential buyers.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Develop and maintain a strong customer, dealer, and sales network.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
* Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, Documentation, and Project teams to ensure smooth sales processing.
* Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
* Lead and supervise sales team members where applicable.
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
* Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
