   Vacant Positions & Key Responsibilities

   1. Civil Engineer

   Experience: 3–5 years
   Key Responsibilities:

   • Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts and designs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

   • Prepare road, drainage, earthwork and other infrastructure design drawings.

   • Conduct site surveys, measurements and technical inspections.

   • Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation and technical reports.

   • Coordinate with architects, planners, surveyors and other technical professionals.

   • Provide technical support for project implementation and construction supervision.

   2. Architect

   Experience: Fresh Graduate – 2 years
   Key Responsibilities:

   • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.

   • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.

   • Assist in preparation of 3D models, presentations and visualization.

   • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and civil requirements.

   • Participate in site visits and support project documentation.

   • Assist in preparing design proposals and presentation materials.

   2. Architect

   Experience: Fresh Graduate – 2 years
   Key Responsibilities:

   • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.

   • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.

   • Assist in preparation of 3D models, presentations and visualization.

   • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and civil requirements.

   • Participate in site visits and support project documentation.

   • Assist in preparing design proposals and presentation materials.

   4. Business Development Engineer

   Experience: Relevant experience in business development, preferably in an engineering consultancy firm
   Key Responsibilities:

   • Identify and develop new engineering consultancy and infrastructure project opportunities.

   • Monitor government, donor-funded and private-sector EOIs, tenders and RFPs.

   • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, development partners and consulting firms.

   • Lead coordination for preparation of EOIs, technical and financial proposals.

   • Develop partnerships with local and international consulting firms, JV partners and sub-consultants.

   • Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.

   • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events and business development activities.

   • Coordinate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals and project approaches.

   • Follow up with prospective clients and support business conversion and contract acquisition.
