Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Mechanical, Electrical or relevant technical discipline.·        

• Technical training/certification in RAC/HVAC/Chiller Operation will be preferred.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing factory will be highly preferred.·        

• Candidates having experience with Water-Cooled/Air-Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower and Chilled Water Pump will get preference.

DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is looking for an experienced and technically competent Chiller Operator to operate, monitor and maintain the industrial Chiller Plant, Chilled Water Pumps, Cooling Tower and related Utility equipment, ensuring safe, efficient and uninterrupted operation of the plant.

Key Responsiblities

• Operate and monitor industrial Chiller Plant, Chilled Water Pumps, Cooling Tower and related utility equipment.

• Ensure proper start-up, operation and shutdown of the chiller system according to SOP.

• Monitor and record important operating parameters such as chilled water temperature, condenser water temperature, pressure, flow, voltage and current.

• Maintain daily/hourly Chiller Operation Log Sheet and report abnormal conditions to the Maintenance In-Charge.

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of chiller, pumps, cooling tower and associated equipment.

• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical and refrigeration-related problems.

• Check water level, water flow and other required parameters of the cooling system.

• Assist the maintenance team during breakdown, servicing and repair activities.

• Ensure proper housekeeping around the Chiller Plant and Utility area.

• Follow all SOP, Safety Rules, PPE requirements and company policies.

• Maintain proper shift handover and communicate equipment status to the next shift operator.

• Perform any other utility/HVAC-related duties assigned by the management.
