* Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality control of all garments accessories and trims as per approved sample, specification, and customer requirements.

2. Handle quality inspection of woven labels, printed labels, elastic, drawcord, tapes, threads, hangtags, polybags, cartons, buttons, zippers, packaging materials, and other trims.

3. Conduct Incoming, Inline & Final Inspection following AQL standards.

4. Implement and maintain SOP, Quality Control Procedures & Inspection Standards.

5. Identify quality defects and take necessary corrective actions with suppliers.

6. Handle and follow up on customer complaints, rejection, replacement, and quality claims.

7. Conduct supplier/factory visits and quality follow-up to ensure product quality.

8. Prepare Inspection Reports, Quality Reports, NCR & CAPA as required.

9. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues.

10. Coordinate with Supplier, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and other concerned departments for quality-related matters.

11. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous quality improvement.

12. Maintain proper quality records and ensure compliance with company SOP and customer requirements.

13. Perform any other activities assigned by the management.
