• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.

• Note: Candidates graduating from prominent Public Universities (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, MIST, AUST) will be given high preference.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s) of proven working experience.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Structural Design (RCC & Steel), BOQ Preparation, Estimation, and Site Construction Management.

Additional Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or equivalent design and detailing software.

• Must possess detailed, hands-on experience in real-world construction and site quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of material specifications and construction methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership qualities to guide the site execution team.

Job Context

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with a strong background in both design and field construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and detailing of RCC and Steel structures, while also overseeing site construction to ensure top-notch quality and compliance with design specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive structural analysis, design, and detailing for both RCC and Steel structures.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and structural specifications for various projects.

• Develop, review, and finalize structural drawings using industry-standard software.

• Regularly visit project sites to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and verify that execution strictly follows the approved structural designs.

• Identify and resolve structural or construction-related issues on-site in a timely manner.

• Collaborate effectively with architectural, MEP, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Ensure all designs and construction practices comply with national and international building codes (e.g., BNBC, ACI, AISC).
