• Age At least 27 years

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong architectural and interior design portfolio.

• Excellent knowledge of construction details, materials, and building regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5/Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

• Strong design sense, visualization skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Professional registration with IAB or equivalent will be an advantage.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect to lead architectural and interior projects from concept development through construction. The candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality designs while maintaining the company’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained.

• Develop design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation and construction quality.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Contribute to maintaining and improving the company’s design standards and architectural quality.
