• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil and finishing works at project sites.

• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Review and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Approve work before concrete casting and other critical construction activities.

• Prepare technical reports, site instructions, and project documentation.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, company policies, and relevant engineering standards.
