Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects.

• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure all designs comply with BNBC, local authority regulations, and project requirements.

• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material samples, and design specifications.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction work follows approved drawings and quality standards.

• Manage project schedules, design deliverables, and project documentation.

• Lead and supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams.

• Prepare project presentations, feasibility studies, and design proposals.

• Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.

• Coordinate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
