Responsibilities & Context:
Perform lift testing, commissioning, adjustment, and troubleshooting activities.
Handle different lift control systems such as NICE3000new, MOT, and other control systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, inverter, encoder, door, safety circuit, and communication-related issues.
Perform controller parameter configuration, motor tuning, shaft learning, leveling, and ride-quality adjustment.
Analyze technical problems and identify the root cause before taking corrective action.
Coordinate with Commissioning, Service, QC, Production, and Technical teams for project-related issues.
Provide technical support to commissioning and service teams when required.
