• Experience in the following areas is required:Sales experience in diesel generator systems

• Sales experience in substation equipment and installations Sales experience in engineering or power-related products and solutions

• Skills & Expertise Electrical and Electronic Engineering Sales & Marketing

• Preference: Candidates who are residents of Chattogram or Sylhet will receive preference

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct field visits to industrial and commercial project sites to gather technical and sales-related information from the early stages of projects.

• Collect customer queries/information and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.

• Assist in preparing sales plans and budgets, ensuring timely execution of all planned activities within approved budgets.

• Identify needs for communication and promotional activities to strengthen business and brand presence.

• Manage all sales operations within the company and support the development of effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Oversee the company’s sales budget and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Prepare, update, and distribute sales materials in line with sales plans.

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness.

• Improve and monitor lead generation campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

• Maintain effective internal communication to ensure alignment with sales objectives across departments.

• Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and business development opportunities.

• Monitor and report ROI metrics for all sales activities, providing required reports and actionable insights to senior management.
