Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor civil construction and maintenance work.
Prepare/review BOQ,estimates,work schedules and project documents.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.
Ensure construction quality and safety according to approved drawings/ Specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
Conduct site inspections and solve technical problems.
perform other duties assigned by management .
