• Strong knowledge of production planning,inventory management, quality control,ERP systems, and MS Office.

• Motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets & ability to work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure & do multitasking. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.        

• Expert on different report writing· 

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Generate new sales leads and achieve monthly/yearly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and retail customers.

• Understand customer requirements to prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and finalize deals.

• Monitor sales performance and direct-to-consumer (D2C) order processing.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily factory production activities to maximize output and efficiency.

• Ensure strict adherence to production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery of orders.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures for raw materials and final product finishing.

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of carpenters and factory production staff.

• Manage raw material procurement, vendor selection, and cost negotiation to maintain optimal production costs.

• Maintain regular inventory logs for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and stock outs.

• Bridge the gap between the sales team and the factory floor to ensure smooth communication from order placement to final delivery.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports regarding sales performance and factory output to top management.

• To perform any other duties assigned by the management.

• To identify product quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• To identify production and development challenges and resolve them timely.

• To analyse product, production, and cost data for business decisions.

• To identify product development, production and delivery challenges and resolve them in a timely manner.
