Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure end-to-end product quality control from raw material receiving through wood seasoning, polishing, finishing, and packaging.
Perform routine in-process floor checks to identify and resolve product defects swiftly.
Verify and test the quality parameters of all incoming raw materials, including solid wood, boards, hardware, chemicals, and fabrics.
Identify underlying root causes of product rejections or quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit comprehensive quality inspection reports to senior management regularly.
