IT Support & User Setup: Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support for office and factory staff. Handle OS deployment, software installation, hardware troubleshooting, end-user onboarding/offboarding, and incident logging.
Asset Management & ERP Operations: Maintain accurate IT inventory (laptops, desktops, CCTV, spare parts) using the company’s ERP system. Handle purchase requisitions, stock forecasting, warranty claims, equipment issuance, and periodic physical stock audits.
CCTV & Surveillance Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP/analog CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, storage, and PoE switches. Ensure continuous recording, remote viewing access, site coverage, and regular maintenance.
IT Projects & Vendor Management: Lead network expansions, hardware upgrades, and new workstation setups. Coordinate with ISPs, hardware suppliers, and third-party vendors for timely deliveries, repairs, and service commitments.
