Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for preparing and reviewing project-wise electrical drawings, estimation, costing, and related technical documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of electrical materials, minimize wastage, and verify material requirements as per project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and relevant personnel to ensure smooth execution of electrical and utility-related works.
Supervise and monitor repair and maintenance activities of substations, generators, lifts, swimming pools, filters, and other utility systems as per approved SOPs.
Ensure the quality of electrical works and timely completion of assigned projects and maintenance activities.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, importers, fabricators, and other parties, ensuring appropriate quality, standards, and competitive rates.
Maintain necessary files, records, requisitions, and technical documentation in accordance with company policies and TPM requirements.
