Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise production activities in the Injection Moulding section, ensuring smooth machine operation and identifying abnormalities.

• Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting in coordination with maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Ensure proper mold installation, setting, and maintenance for consistent production output.

• Lead, supervise, and manage subordinates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

• Prepare and execute production plans for Injection Moulding machines as per business requirements.

• Ensure timely requisition and availability of raw materials based on the production plan.

• Monitor daily production output and report progress to management on a regular basis.

• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and all relevant documentation.

• Attend departmental and cross-functional meetings with proper preparation.

• Manage and update in-process stock registers effectively.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines and molds.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards to achieve organizational quality objectives.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Quality Circles.

• Maintain proper implementation of 5S, TPM, ISO, and related compliance standards.

• Face GMP and other regulatory audits with proper documentation and coordination.

• Train and develop subordinates as per the structured training program.
