Estilo Limited is a premium footwear brand focused on quality craftsmanship, elegant design and a distinctive customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and result-oriented Manager – Operations to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operational activities.
The position will serve as the central coordination point among factory/production, procurement, inventory, warehouse, retail outlet, online order fulfillment, logistics, ERP/MIS and management, ensuring disciplined execution and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of Estilo Limited.
· Coordinate closely with the footwear manufacturing/factory team regarding work orders, production planning, schedules, delivery timelines and product availability.
· Monitor production progress against sales requirements and ensure timely replenishment of required and fast-moving products.
· Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, accessories and other operational requirements.
· Ensure effective inventory management of finished goods, materials, packaging and other operational items.
· Maintain appropriate stock levels across warehouse, retail outlet and online sales channels.
· Monitor stock movement, stock reconciliation, shortages, damages, returns and discrepancies.
· Ensure proper implementation and regular use of the company’s ERP system for inventory, production, sales and operational records.
· Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, operational dashboards, stock reports, production reports and management updates.
· Coordinate product movement from factory to warehouse/store and ensure efficient logistics and delivery management.
· Supervise operational activities of the retail outlet and ensure product availability and operational readiness.
· Coordinate with the online sales/CRM team for order processing, stock confirmation, packaging, dispatch, exchange and return management.
· Establish and maintain proper SOPs, workflows, checklists and internal controls for major operational activities.
· Monitor product quality and coordinate with the factory regarding defects, replacements and corrective actions.
· Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Finance, Factory, Retail, CRM and Management to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
· Track operational KPIs including production achievement, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, delivery lead time, stock availability, returns and operational costs.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions.
· Ensure proper documentation of work orders, purchase requirements, stock transfers, delivery records and other operational transactions.
· Provide regular operational performance reports and recommendations to management.
· Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Production Engineering, Textile/Leather Engineering or any relevant discipline.
· MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain/Operations will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
· Experience in footwear, fashion, leather goods, retail, lifestyle products, FMCG, manufacturing or e-commerce operations will receive preference.
· Candidates with practical experience coordinating both manufacturing and retail operations will be highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
· Strong knowledge of operations management, inventory control, production coordination, procurement, logistics and retail operations.
· Practical experience working with ERP/inventory management systems.
· Strong command of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting/MIS.
· Good analytical and problem-solving ability with strong follow-up and execution skills.
· Ability to coordinate multiple departments and external stakeholders simultaneously.
· Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
