Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Packaging Industry

• B.Sc. in IPE/Mechanical/Mechatronics/EEE or Polymer Science.

• Age At least 30 years

• 5-7 years in Injection Molding, Thermoforming or In-Mold Robotics Processes.

• Plan and execute production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Stores/SCM for timely availability of raw materials and monitor material consumption to prevent overproduction and production delays.

• Drive TPM, 5S, CLITA, Kaizen, and small-group activities to improve process efficiency and promote continuous improvement.

• Monitor product quality, analyze defects and process losses, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality standards.

• Ensure machine and mould performance through preventive/corrective maintenance, breakdown analysis, and effective spare-parts management.

• Monitor KPIs, efficiency, loss time, safety, ISO/SOP compliance, and ensure timely reporting through MIS/SAP systems.

• Lead team development through training and performance improvement initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams and management to achieve organizational objectives.
