Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing & Production Planning: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet market demand while optimizing resource allocation and machine capacity.

• Regulatory Compliance & GMP: Enforce compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines from agencies like the DGDA, DGDP etc.

• Quality & Process Control: Oversee the execution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), monitor critical process parameters, and ensure line clearances and in-process quality checks are maintained.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor production floor personnel, supervisors, and operators to build a safe and disciplined working culture.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research and Development (R&D), and Supply Chain teams for tech transfers, material dispensing, and batch releases.

• Deviations & CAPA Management: Investigate process failures, equipment breakdowns, or environmental alarms, and lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.

• Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain accurate batch documentation, equipment logbooks, and cleaning records, and act as a subject matter expert during regulatory plant inspections.

• Cost & Budget Management: Control manufacturing costs, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and drive continuous improvement through frameworks like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must have skill in MS Office, ERP & other related software.

• Communication skills in both English & Bengali is a must.

Experience Requirements

• At least 18 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations or regulated production environments, including several years in a senior leadership in a reputed/established pharmaceuticals company.
