Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline.

• Additional certification in Cosmetic Formulation and experience people or Cosmetic Science will be an advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Age At least 30 years

• 5-15 years working experience in Cosmetics related industries.

• Minimum product developed in skin care, hair care, makeup.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate innovative skincare, haircare, makeup, toiletries, and personal care products.

• Research new cosmetic ingredients, active materials, fragrances, colors, and formulation technologies.

• Prepare laboratory samples, pilot batches, and production-scale formulations.

• Conduct formulation stability, compatibility, preservative efficacy, and performance testing.

• Develop new products and improve existing formulations for quality, performance, and cost optimization.

• Ensure products comply with Bangladesh regulatory requirements, BSTI standards, and National and International cosmetic safety guidelines.

• Conduct raw material evaluation and approve alternative suppliers.

• Support Quality Control during raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and packaging, designing departments during product development.

• Stay updated with global cosmetic trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory changes.
