Additional Requirements:

2–6 years of relevant experience in operating Process, Frying & Packing Machines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor process, packing and frying machines as per production requirements.
Ensure smooth and efficient machine operation while maintaining production targets.
Monitor product quality, machine performance and production parameters.
Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.
Identify minor machine/process abnormalities and report them to the concerned supervisor.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor as required.
