Responsibilities & Context:
A leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Shift Engineer for its Production Department under third-party employment. The selected candidate will be responsible for production operations, packing activities, machine maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth execution of packing and production processes in accordance with established procedures.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities of production equipment.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Maintain production records and reports accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
