Responsibilities & Context:
Learn general industrial safety as well as specific plant/system safety procedures.
Comply with health, safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
Learn the plant flow chart and functionality of equipment and systems.
Learn the P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) of hydraulic, pneumatic, and plant utility systems.
Learn different mechanical tools and their proper application during maintenance activities.Learn different maintenance methodologies, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Participate in routine maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and lubricationMaintain maintenance records and documentation.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance technical competency and professional skills.
