• Age 25 to 40 years

1. Lead and oversee Administration, Store & Warehouse, and Marketing functions to ensure seamless business operations and organizational efficiency.

2. Manage office, project site, and branch operations, including facility management, transport, security, housekeeping, utilities, and employee support services.

3. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all locations.

4. Supervise warehouse, inventory, and asset management activities, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and optimum stock availability.

5. Coordinate procurement and logistics activities to ensure timely sourcing, receiving, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and spare parts.

6. Monitor and maintain company assets and vehicle fleet, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, insurance coverage, and record keeping.

7. Provide operational support to project and execution teams, including site visits and coordination to ensure successful project implementation.

8. Develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and contribute to sales and revenue targets.

9. Prepare and manage marketing and sales support materials, including presentations, brochures, technical datasheets, promotional campaigns, and trade exhibitions.

10. Generate accurate reports, maintain essential records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous operational improvement and business performance.
