We are seeking a proactive, experienced Architect to manage architectural design coordination and project execution. The candidate will coordinate with appointed Architecture Firms, review and take over design deliverables, and ensure proper execution of approved designs at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external Architecture/Design Firms for company projects.

• Communicate project requirements, design objectives, and development expectations to consultants.

• Review architectural concepts, drawings, layouts, elevations, working drawings, and design details.

• Take over approved architectural designs and coordinate their implementation.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and other technical requirements.

• Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Conduct site visits and resolve architectural/design-related issues with consultants and contractors.

• Review shop drawings, material samples, finishes, façade details, and design modifications.

• Maintain proper control of drawings, revisions, approvals, and architectural documents.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, BNBC, RAJUK requirements, and relevant regulations.

• Report project/design progress and major issues to management.
