Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Film & Media Studies, Photography, Digital Media, or a relevant field.

• Relevant professional training/certification in Photography, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, After Effects, or Drone Operation will be preferred.

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography.

• Strong experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Adobe After Effects.

• Good knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, gimbals, and video equipment.

• Good practical knowledge of drone operation, aerial photography, and videography.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• Good knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for design, image, and video production.

• Strong creative sense, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Job Context

Nova Development is a growing global real estate development group with operations across Bangladesh, Dubai, USA, and UK. We are looking for a creative, technically skilled Photographer & Designer to produce high-quality photography, videography, graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content for our real estate projects, corporate activities, and marketing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs and videos of real estate projects, properties, events, and corporate activities.

• Conduct indoor/outdoor, architectural, lifestyle, and promotional photography.

• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography of projects and properties.

• Create graphic designs, social media creatives, promotional materials, and presentations.

• Produce motion graphics, animations, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects.

• Edit photos and videos using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.

• Utilize AI tools for creative design, image/video enhancement, and content production.

• Maintain photo, video, and design assets in an organized system.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, HR & Admin, and other departments to understand creative requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
