Required Skills & Qualifications
Practical experience in photography and videography, preferably in NGO/development projects.
Proficiency in photo/video editing software and experience operating professional cameras, gimbals, drones, audio, and lighting equipment.
Good communication, creativity, teamwork, and willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
Strong understanding of ethical photography, safeguarding, confidentiality, and respectful documentation of beneficiaries.
Able to maintain Camera, Gimbal, Drone & related equipment.
Able to edit photographs and videos & Passionate to work with team and maintaining the deadline.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Project Sites
Working Area: All over Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of project activities to meet the Donors requirement.
Maintain organized visual archives and ensure appropriate consent, safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards during documentation.
